How to Crochet an Easy Flower

I wanted a flower to attach to my daughter's headband, and I came up with this flower idea. It is very easy to make. You can check the written pattern below.

Abbreviations:

ch: chain

sc: single crochet

hdc: half double crochet

dc: double crochet

sk: skip

Make 50 chains

Row 1: 1 sc in 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sc in each ch till the end

Row 2: ch 2, ch 2, sk 2 ch, *1 hdc in next ch, sk 2 ch, 1 hdc in next ch*, repeat from * till the end.

Row 3: ch 1, *7 dc in ch 2 space, sc over hdc of previous row*, repeat from * till the end, ending in 1 sc.

Sew to form the flower.
